The day-of wedding coordinator’s primary job is to ensure that all the logistics of the wedding are seamlessly handled. This includes tasks like cross-checking that the reception tables are set correctly, especially if there are any changes made in the week leading up to the wedding that the venue may not be aware of.

Your wedding coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all wedding vendors. Acting as the manager on duty, they oversee the vendors’ work to ensure everything is executed as contracted. All questions from the vendors are directed to the coordinator, allowing the couple to enjoy their day without any distractions. We will hand out final payments or gratuities to your vendors as needed – allowing you to fully be present on the biggest day of your life!
